Angel E. Cruz, 42, of the 5200 block of West Montrose, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on Feb. 27 following a traffic stop on the 5600 block of Dempster Street, police said. He was given a March 21 court date. A passenger in the car, identified as Maia Hunwick-Bailey, 22, of the 1500 block of Emerson, Evanston, was arrested for having a warrant out of Evanston, according to police.
